What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.bionourishlifesciences.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.
It covers this website only. It does not cover our products, our other websites, or any dealings you have with us offline.
What we collect
We collect very little. This website has no accounts, no shopping cart, no newsletter sign-up, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools.
The only way to submit information to us is the contact form. When you use it, we collect your first name (optional), your email address or mobile number, and your message.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health information, medical history, payment details, or government identification through this form.
We also collect your IP address when you submit the contact form, which is sent to Cloudflare solely to verify that the submission comes from a person and not an automated bot. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and available.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking.
The site stores one small technical item in your browser’s session storage: a note of whether you switched off the background music, so it stays off while you browse. It contains no personal information, is not shared with anyone, and is erased when you close the tab.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They act on our instructions and may only use the data to provide their service to us.

International transfers
Our service providers are based outside India and process data on servers located in various countries, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries received through the contact form are retained in our email system for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we need to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erase it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- Complain to a data protection authority
If you are in India, these rights arise under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, they arise under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, email customercare@lifecareformulations.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Keeping your information secure
The website is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Contact form submissions are protected by bot verification and are transmitted directly to our email provider. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it in order to reply to you.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Health and medical information
Our products are food supplements. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and the website is not intended to collect health information. Please do not send details of medical conditions through the contact form. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
